In 2022, I started The Tropics Co. with the simple goal of giving the world healthier sugar alternative option. I’ve always been a big fan of sweets, but always felt guilty after having it. Now that I have a toddler, I had to find the healthiest option so my toddler can still enjoy sweets.

I grew up in a tropical island where we use coconuts in most of our food.
